  • For the audi Q5, I have accessed the secret hidden green menu. What menu choices or sequence of selections do I choose to turn off the “Service Due!” notice. I already know how to change the Oil service notifications.

    • “Service Due!” maintenance reminder can be reset with diagnostic computer like VCDS, VAG-COM or VAS.

  • Hi!
After MMI update to K0257 from long life service interval i got fixed, that is 15k change cycle. Do you know how to change it back, or better which correct firmware update to use as i wish to use 2016 maps as well.

    • service internal shouldn’t have to do anything with MMI updates.
You can change it with diagnostic interface by connecting to instrument cluster and adjusting few channels.

  • I lost the service interval option in my 2013 A4 in mmi settings please help :(

  • Hi,

Love your videos, question, my service interval is greyed out, so is oil level, I know about the options (car > cardevicelist > service interval; car > carprotocollswitch > service interval; car > carmenuoperation > service interval) you can turn the first 2 on and off, the last one is a slider, which position does it need to be on, it says 7 now on my screen?

    all help very welcome.

    A fan

  • Hi
I hope you are well and may be able to help please. I have an Audi A5 2009 model with MMI 3g. Whilst in the green menu i by mistake changed some values that I domt remember. I believe because of this audi service interval in the MMI has now become greyed out (inactive) and doesn’t say how many miles until next oil service is due.

Can you please help how I can fix this issue.

    Thanking you in anticipation
