  • How can I find out EXACTLY how the 2018 BMW 330i determines to display the message:
“Battery discharged while stopped; electrical devices were temporarily switched off”
I have seen lots of thoughts of what might cause it, including PARASITIC BATTERY DRAIN and a process of using a dc amp meter and removing fuses one at a time to identify the circuit with the bogus battery drain.

  • Hi,
Your code system helped with my enormous frustration in narrowing down the problem but how do I fix it? The code is CC-ID 63. (Tyre Puncture/ Tyre failure). I had a puncture and replaced the rear passenger side tyre. Then swapped the new tyre from the rear to the front (on the same side). The warning on the I Drive screen has been on ever since. The tyre replacement company doesn’t know whats wrong!!
I cannot reset the Tyre pressure monitor off the I Drive computer screen or by using the turn signal stalk. (I have a BMW E93. 325I. 2007/8 year).
PS: In the signal stalk when scrolling down all that comes up is the fault code when I depess the button for 8 seconds. No words about reset, or any other messages.Very strange?

In addition I have changed the front dipped beam lights, can’t see any lights out whatsoever before I change bulbs etc and still no lights show being out …but still get these lights
showing up when I start car, when I use the hold button on the display comes up with the above CC-ID errors driving me nuts wonder if anyone can help…

    Thanks

  • For CC ID 380 and 381 I think the description is very misleading. It turns out that these code are not about the signal turn bulbs but the cornering bulbs that turn on when it’s night and the wheel turns hard left or right. The lights for turn signals are called actually indicator lights. There are several CC ID 1xx about the indicators, but even those are screwed up. For instance, there is CC ID 127 for left side indicator but nothing for the right side.

  • What does the error 931D indicates. Its relating to the KOMBI: over voltage or under voltage. How can i resolve this.
I have an e60 535d and my gauges are not functioning except for the rev counter. The milage is wrong and showing huge numbers.
