Mazda 6 radio hidden menu lets you check various parameters and status of audio system components. Thanks to this service mode you can disable button beep, test buttons and display and more.

Mazda 6 radio hidden menu

Different diagnostic functions and test are available through button combinations.

  • speakers test – press POWER and AUTO M.
  • reset user settings – press and hold TUNE/SETTINGS.
  • tuner signal strength – press POWER and 2.
  • tuner station details – press POWER and PTY.
  • amplifier status – press POWER and TA.
  • buttons test – press POWER and MD/TAPE.
  • display test – press POWER and SEEK UP.
  • beep disable – with the radio off press SEEK DOWN and 5.
  • system selftest – with the radio off press POWER, AM and MD/TAPE.
  • unknown componen software version – press POWER and 5.
  • unknown componen software version – press POWER and 6.

  • My radio is a touch screen.it keeps blank back and forth from the Mazda symbol and the app thing and will not let me operate the display on the screen

  • Recently lost the “SW” subwoofer mode on lcd screen in a Mazda atenza 2004 wagon with factory Bose stereo and sub. It now shows “ALC” any idea how I can get the “SW” adjust back?
