There are 3 fuseboxes in Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Check your W211 fuses in those locations: one under the dashboard, one in the trunk, one under the hood. Checking fuseboxes for blown fuses is one of the first diagnostic procedures while troubleshooting any electrical issues with your car.

  1. Under the dashboard
    • Open drivers door.
    • Pry dashboard side cover.
  2. In the trunk
    • Open the trunk.
    • Remove left side cover.
  3. Under the hood
    • Open the hood.
    • Remove plastic fusebox cover on the drivers side.

  • There are a fourth place and thats under the passenger front roc its the 40 amp fuses Among other things for the air suspension. If you can locate that you won’t be able to fix any problems with air suspension.
