Hello there’s no diag section on my green menu. Can you help me pls?
Are you sure you have MMI 3G, not 2G or 3G+? What car and year?
Yeah sorry mine is 3G+ ( 2011 Audi A1 ). There’s no way to enable bluetooth right? :/
We don’t have any experience with 3G+ system yet. Sorry.
what cable do you need to connect with your pc ??
Any diagnostic interface that can cooperate with VAG cars. Look for VCDS or VAS.
Hi. I have an issue with my Bluetooth. It used to work but it just stopped working some time ago. I cannot connect the phone (any type of phone) to the car anymore. My firmware is quite old, BBT_EU_P0020_D1 and I read that there is a problem with this firmware, someone wrote in a forum that it should be updated using the firmware P0020_ADJBK_FIX. I couldn’t find this version anywhere. Do you have it? Thanks.
Sorry, no information about that fix. But start with checking fuses. Sometimes just phone module is not powered so it does not work.
Hi I have a audi a6 2010 I have the same problem with my Bluetooth did you fix yours?
managed to solve? I have the same problem!

Hi, I have a 2009 Audi Q5 with MMI 3G. Is it possible that the bluetooth is already installed and only neads activation? I tried to access the hidden menu but it wasn’t possible. Is there any links for reliable VAG-Com cables?
Thank you
If you have MMI 3G, then you have bluetooth preinstalled. It’s that simple.
Hi, it seems that my 2009 Q5 has the MMI 3G Plus system. Should it have the bluetooth pre installed and just needs activation?
Yes. But i believe that 3G+ system is too fresh to be installed in 2009 car.
Hey, thanks for the article. Should this allow me to stream music using bluetooth, from my phone? If not, is that even possible? If yes, how? :) thanks! PS mmi 3g
No, this is only for phone calls (HFP), not music streaming (A2DP).
Thanks for the info. I can activate BT connection to my phone on my Q7 (2011MY).
However, seem the mic does not worked. People cannot hear what I said. Do I need to activate the mic as well?
I found 2 mic are in cabin light position.
Check if those pics are enabled in hidden green menu.
